Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Petlink and Petlink Merchant mobile applications, websites, and related services (the "Services") provided by Petpopss ("Petlink," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Platform

Petlink is a platform that connects pet owners with pet stores and service providers ("Merchants"). Merchants are independent businesses responsible for their own products, services, pricing, fulfilment, and compliance. Petlink is not the seller or service provider and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or services offered by Merchants.

3. Orders, Bookings & Payments

• Orders and bookings you place create a transaction between you and the Merchant.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to their terms in addition to ours.
• Prices, availability, vouchers, and promotions are set by Merchants and may change. Vouchers are subject to their stated conditions, usage limits, and expiry.
• Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled according to the applicable Merchant's policies and applicable law.

4. Merchant Terms

• Merchants are responsible for listing accurate product and service information, honouring orders and bookings, and complying with all applicable laws.
• Settlements and payouts are made to the payout details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for any applicable taxes.
• A platform commission or service fee may apply to transactions, as disclosed in the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Post false, misleading, harmful, or infringing content, including in reviews or community features.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services.
• Use the Services to send spam or engage in fraud.
• Misuse pet health information or any other user's data.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as photos, reviews, and posts). You grant Petlink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to share it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Petpopss and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as permitted by these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Petlink does not provide veterinary advice; health features are for your convenience only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary care.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petpopss and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or transactions with Merchants.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Petpopss operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
