Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Download the Petlink app, tap Sign Up, and register with your email or Google account. Merchants can choose to register a store during sign-up or from the merchant app.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset it.
How do I place an order or book a service?
Browse stores in the Petlink app, add products to your cart or select a service, choose a time if needed, and check out securely.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment provider. You can pay in-app at checkout; merchants receive settlements and can request payouts from the merchant app.
I'm a merchant — how do I get paid?
Open the Petlink Merchant app, go to Settlement, view your settleable balance, and tap Request Payout. You can review your full payout history there too.
How do I manage my pet's health records and reminders?
In the Petlink app, open your pet's profile to add vaccination records and milestones. Enable reminders so you never miss an important date.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app, or visit our Delete Account page for full instructions.
