This Privacy Policy explains how Petpopss ("Petlink," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Petlink and Petlink Merchant mobile applications, our websites, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, and profile details.
- Pet information: pet profiles, breed, age, vaccination and health records, milestones, and reminders you choose to add.
- Merchant information: store name, business details, products and services, pricing, and payout details (for merchant accounts).
- Transactions: orders, bookings, vouchers, reviews, and messages you send through the Services.
- Communications: messages you exchange with stores or our support team, and content you post to community features.
Information collected automatically
- Device & usage data: device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, and how you interact with the Services.
- Location data: approximate or precise location, if you grant permission, to help you find nearby stores and services.
- Log data: IP address, access times, and error reports.
Information from third parties
- Sign-in providers (e.g. Google) when you choose to log in using them.
- Payment providers who process your transactions. We do not store full card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Process orders, bookings, payments, payouts, vouchers, and settlements.
- Send health reminders, order updates, and service notifications.
- Enable messaging, reviews, social features, and merchant tools.
- Personalise content and recommend relevant stores and products.
- Improve and develop new features, and analyse usage.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- With merchants and pet owners to fulfil orders, bookings, and messages between you and the other party to a transaction.
- With service providers who help us operate the Services, such as hosting, cloud storage, payment processing, and analytics, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
5. Your Rights & Choices
- Access, update, or correct your account and pet information.

- Control app permissions such as location and notifications.
- Opt out of marketing communications while still receiving essential service messages.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
