Delete your account
You can delete your Petlink or Petlink Merchant account and associated data at any time. Here's how.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the Petlink or Petlink Merchant app.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the request. Your account and data will be removed.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address registered to your account at privacy@petslink.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process the request.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove your profile, pet records, messages, and account preferences. Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes — for example, transaction and payout records — for the period required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your account has been removed.
